Volunteer Role Description
Volunteer Administrator to action and for inclusion CIC
Purpose of the Role
To provide essential administrative and support to the board of action for inclusion, helping ensure smooth operations and effective service for staff, volunteers, and clients.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Data Entry
• Accurately enter volunteer and client information into internal databases in a timely manner.
2. Correspondence
• Support in responding to emails, phone calls, and other enquiries.
• Communicate with volunteers, clients, and partner organisations as needed.
3. Document Preparation
• Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
4. Scheduling
• Help arrange and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
• Send reminders to participants for upcoming activities.
6. Additional Administrative Support
• Carry out general administrative duties as assigned by the directors of action for inclusion.

Action for Inclusion Commitment
• Attend the Action for inclusion office at agreed-upon times.
• Be familiar with and follow Action for inclusion policies and procedures.
• Complete tasks and responsibilities as agreed with the Action for inclusion team.
• Attend necessary training sessions related to the role.
