We require individuals with excellent communication and problem solving skills to provide an effective advice service to clients. Interviews will be conducted using sensitive listening and questioning skills to identify and summarise the essence of the problem and what the client wants.
Duties will include finding and interpreting information, helping the client choose the most appropriate option, take action where necessary and keeping accurate electronic records. We welcome applications from new and experienced CAB volunteers, In house training is provided. No formal qualifications required. A CRB check would be necessary for this role.
