Community Engagement Volunteer

Healthwatch Blackpool

Healthwatch Blackpool exists to give people a say in health and social care services provided for both adults and children in Blackpool to bring about improvements in those services. We are looking for volunteers to support us to engage with members of the public and ensure their voice is heard regarding their health and social care experiences by providers, commissioners and regulators. To ensure we gather good quality feedback it is essential that we are creative and flexible in our approach and as such we use a wide range of tools and activities such as: " Mystery shopping " Care Circles " Pop Ups " Enter and View visits " Promotional events such as Health Mela, Fresher Fairs etc " Ambassadorial activities by representing Healthwatch Blackpool at meetings and forums
