Red Rose Recovery, a vibrant, inclusive and forward moving Organisation that tackles stigma and gives people from a range of backgrounds in recovery, from drug and alcohol misuse, the chance to contribute to their local community through taking part in volunteering, education and employment. Red Rose is active in the community, making links and building projects for recovery community involvement inclusive of families, carers and the wider community.
In this role you will facilitate, coordinate and support a small team of recovery coaches that are coaching people already in the community that are in recovery, identifying their needs and goals through effective use of support planning, reflective practice and supervision. You will carry out necessary signposting to relevant projects and agencies, complete relevant paperwork and update our database with outcomes/evidence of engagement and other organisational requirements including risk assesment and expenses.
