Red Rose Recovery, a vibrant, inclusive and forward moving Organisation that tackles stigma and gives people from a range of backgrounds in recovery, from drug and alcohol misuse, the chance to contribute to their local community through taking part in volunteering, education and employment. Red Rose is active in the community, making links and building projects for recovery community involvement inclusive of families, carers and the wider community.
This is real a opportunity to inspire and motivate service users and the recovery community through focusing, managing and coordinating a team of volunteers by building on strengths, assets and skills of individuals. You would be expected to lead by example and express a positive attitude on various projects, with particular emphasiis on Health & Safety including risk assessment and first aid. You will mange the sourcing, distribution and maintenance of equipment while keeping accurate and detailed records, which will include monitoring and expenses forms.
