I Pool Support Volunteer - BLACKPOOL RESIDENTS ONLY

To support volunteers of different abilities to access I Pool training which is mandatory for Blackpool Council volunteers, these courses include:

• Safeguarding Adults
• Safeguarding Children
• Equality and Diversity
• GDPR
• Customer Care

This is all done on Blackpool Council's in house online training.

To help identify new training available accessed via I Pool and help volunteers to complete.
