Membership Team Member

Independent Park Home Advisory Service

We are a friendly voluntary service dedicated to providing advice and support to people living in Park homes up and down the country.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic volunteers to join our membership team.

What the Role involves: -

* Answering telephone enquiries from members and prospective members                                   

*Processing membership payments

* Updating and maintaining profiles on our computer system.

*Providing friendly and professional service for our members.

Hours

Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 4:00pm, on a rota basis. Volunteers typically work approximately 2 weeks on and 4 weeks off, but hours can be adapted to your availability.




This is a rewarding opportunity to support park home residents and become part of a welcoming and supportive team.










What skills do I need?

We’re looking for:-

• Friendly and approachable people

• Good telephone manners

• Basic computer skills

• Reliable and organised individuals who enjoy helping people
