Blackpool Scouts
We’re looking for people who can encourage our young people to take that leap, make that jump, get up and carry on regardless. From map reading to crate stacking it’s all about having the confidence to give it a go.
The Section Team plans, delivers, and runs high-quality programmes safely. They make sure all young people can take part in the programme and gain skills for life. They also help young people work towards their Top Awards.
At Scouts we cater for young people aged 4-24, Squirrel Scouts (4-6), Beaver Scouts (6-8), Cub Scouts (8-10.5), Scouts (10.5-14), Explorer Scouts (14-18), Scout Network (18-24). We are looking for volunteers to join our under 18 sections as team members.
With a brilliant programme, each young person can make a positive impact in society as they step up, speak up, and find their place in the world.
Volunteering can be a brilliant way to boost your mental wellbeing. It’s a great feeling knowing you’re helping young people get skills for life, and you might even learn a lot about yourself along the way.
