2 Tin Collectors required - FY4/8 (Lytham St Annes/South Shore ) & FY6 (Knott End, Hambleton, Poulton le Fylde) - MILEAGE PAID

North West Air Ambulance Charity

Play your part and make a difference - we receive NO GOVERNMENT OR NHS FUNDING to keep our Life Saving Helicopters flying

Our charity donation tins are located across the North West in local businesses and are a significant source of income for our charity. We are looking for volunteers to assist with collecting tins from local shops and businesses. The role is flexible based on your lifestyle and commitments but generally takes a few hours a week or a day per month


What you’ll get up to

Responding to any requests to empty a tin within your designated route and liaising with businesses to find out if they need a tin emptying

When needed, counting and banking the money you have collected

Inviting more local businesses within your area to have a collection tin on site to increase the funds raised

The role is flexible to suit your lifestyle and commitments. You will be given a set of businesses to collect from in your local area and it is for you to decide how and when you visit and collect the tins. Some businesses will require collections monthly, whilst most will need a visit every 3-6 months. Each collection round consists of approximately 40-60 businesses
