Disability First CIO

We are seeking a competent individual who has a pleasant telephone manner and good IT skills to enhance our team of volunteers at Disability First CIO. We have been established since 1992 and have been supporting clients with a range of overlapping services related to welfare benefits and disability lead issues. Our helpline receives calls from clients who are requesting help to complete a range of benefit forms. We also provide 1 to 1 support with appeals and tribunals with help from our team who guide our clients through the process  

What skills do I need?

Good IT skills

Excellent telephone Manner

Enjoys working as part of a team

Good sense of humour

Good customer support skills

When do I need to be available?

Morning Afternoon Evening

The morning hours are 9.30-1pm Afternoon hours 1pm - 3pm
