Volunteer Telephone Assessors/Receptionists

Citizens Advice Fylde

Citizens Advice Fylde is made up of a small team of dedicated staff and trained volunteers. We are looking for Assessors and Receptionists to work on our first contact Adviceline telephone line with the opportunity to progress to train for a full advisor role if they wish to when an opening arises. Training takes roughly 6 months and a commitment of one full day a week is asked of all volunteers. Volunteers need to have good communication skills, reasonable IT skills and a large dollop of common sense
